Orders and Shipping

If you have placed an order, it will be processed within 24 hours. We use EMS Thai Post  as courier. Normal delivery time is 1-4 business days.

You create an account in a few simple steps. Enter your first and last name, your email address and create a username. Done.

You can change the delivery address in your account.

You can track the status of your order via the tracking code that we send you after your order has been shipped.

Yes, we charge sales tax but we’ve included the tax already in our prices. So there are no hidden surprises with us. The price you see is what you pay!

For now we only send our products in Thailand.

Normally all ordered products come within the same delivery. If you have ordered grow equipment, it may be shipped from our warehouse in Bangkok. If that is the case, you will always be first informed by us.

We keep track of our stocks very carefully, if it happens that an ordered item is not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery date. If necessary, we will offer an alternative strain, take a backorder or we will return your money.

If for any reason you still want to return your order, you can do so within 7 working days after ordering. We only accept returns of which the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. Always contact us before you want to return an item. 

All orders are handled with the utmost care. If it happens that we have sent the wrong products, please contact us so that we can send you the correct products.

You can change your shipping address in your profile. If it does not work or the order has already been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can absolutely pre-order products. This is often very desirable or necessary for larger quantities.
